I was inspired to pen my first cookbook, International Cuisines, by my friends and family. They were always asking me, how did you make that? Or asked if I had a written recipe for a meal I cooked? So in January of 2010, I started testing recipes from cuisines from around the world and writing everything down. If I can't cook for you, at least I can share my recipe.
